—it's a joke, a bi-lingual, visual-verbal pun......and nobody gets it without a prod.

Bernard Hinault, 5X  winner of the Tour , 3X  winner of the Giro, 2X winner of the  Vuelta.

Fabian Cancellara: 4X  World Time Trial Champion;
3X Paris-Roubix winner;  winner 8 stages of the Tour.

The signatures on the following jersey are Gino Bartali's and Fausto Coppi's.
The originals are from the collection of the designer.

Coppi won the Tour in 1949 and '52 and the Giro in 1940, '47, '49, '52, '53.
Bartali won the Tour in 1938 and 1948, and the Giro d'Italia in 1936, '37, '46.

Mario Cipollini: World Road Champion; 12X stage winner
in the Tour, 42 in the Giro, and 3 in the Vuelta a España.

Jens Voight: world one-hour record holder
and Tour de France stage winner.

of the Giro d'Italia, Alfredo Binda.
